The Virtual Back Office is a solution to maintaining administrative data and salon information. You control what is displayed on the Point of Sales Presentation as well as maintain the e-Club member list. We've made finding, editing, and publishing your salon's information on the Point of Sale Presentation easy.
With the Virtual Back Office, you can control your specific location settings as well as upload your logo that will appear in the top left corner of the Point of Sale Presentation. The introductory text can also be created here as well. Other custom settings include specification of the related products and services that appear on the product display pages, e-Club text, and password settings.
The custom Banner Uploader allows you to select your own photos and upload them to appear on the landing page. This is the first thing the customer sees, so this is a great opportunity to showcase your salon's best. Easy to follow instructions are included on this page as well.
This page allows you to configure your various pricing levels for equipment and packages at your location using an easy structured and editable table. There are 5 levels available, ranging from Bronze to Diamond that are used on the Point of Sale Presentation to help your customers determine what products are associated with each pricing tier. Along the top of this table are 5 columns for you to specify your payment terms (Single Session, 10 Session, and Monthly Pass are just a few examples). You may use all 5 of these levels, or choose to use only a select few, it's up to you.
Easily manage your product displays by using the custom settings and product manager. You can add products to the grid that will appear on the Point of Sale Presentation by clicking from the available products and filling out the information. You can edit that information or delete a product using the table below. You can edit the name, photo, level, and description with pricing information.
View the current member that has registered for your e-Club. The table is designed to easily display the name, email address, and birthday. You can export this list by using our export to CSV feature for your records.
Update your display with one click using the Publish Now button found on the dashboard page and Edit Settings page, or the alert bar that appears once the user changes or adds something that should be updated.
